The Dodge City A’s baseball
team is back! After an absence of nearly 30 years, the Dodge
City A’s will be in town for the 2007 summer baseball season.
The A’s will be a member of the prestigious Jayhawk League
along with the Liberal BeeJays, Hays Larks, El Dorado Broncos,
Nevada Griffens, Wichita Twins and the Southwest Slashers. The
A’s will play a 48-game league schedule during the months of
June and July. Home for the A’s will be Cavalier Field in the
St. Mary of the Plains complex. The A’s players will come to
Dodge City from all parts of the country and will represent
some of the top collegiate baseball programs. Players are
recruited here to be part of a top notch summer baseball
program.
